              LEONI's Business Unit Healthcare develops and manufactures individual miniature cables, including coaxial, data and signal transmission cables for healthcare and medical device applications that require small footprints and tight integration.

              Thanks to our use of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) wrapping, LEONI miniature coaxial, data and signal transmission cables offer extreme mechanical robustness. For example, miniaturized individual coaxial cables can be produced with a diameter up to 0.3 mm and are produced under cleanroom conditions to meet or exceed the unique needs of healthcare and medical device applications.

              We provide cables for your specific applications in electrocardiography (ECG), electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG) that are deployed in stationary as well as mobile systems and reliably as well as optimally transmit measurement signals. The Business Unit Healthcare also produces ultrasound cables and endoscopy cables.

              We provide custom cables and assemblies, including antimicrobial cables, high-performance flat cables, hybrid cables, fiber optic cables, space-saving miniature cables, measurement and control cables, and cable harnesses for a variety of medical imaging systems and treatment systems.
